Hospitality and Cookery courses

We offer nationally recognised short courses and certificates in hospitality, cookery and patisserie, including apprenticeship and traineeship courses.

On-campus student run cafes and restaurants, and state-of-the-art commercial kitchens and training facilities provide you with real-world skills and experience to work confidently in industry.

We’re offering Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Certificate III in Hospitality tuition-free under the Free TAFE initiative for eligible students.
