Construction of the Dandenong Tech School commenced in August 2025. The building will provide a state-of-the-art STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) centre located at Chisholm’s Dandenong campus and is due for completion in July 2026.

This purpose-built, single-storey building, spanning approximately 1,200 square metres, is more than just a place of learning; it is a space designed to reflect our community’s rich identity.

This flexible space will immerse up to 80 students at a time in hands-on, high-tech programs that extend beyond secondary school curriculum. We are committed to developing learning experiences that are culturally responsive and foster a passion for design thinking, innovation, and problem-solving. By integrating input from our partner schools, industries, and local communities, Dandenong Tech School will ensure that every student sees the relevance of STEAM to their own lives and culture.
