Kick start your real estate career with the Agents Representatives units. Through this course, you’ll gain a broad overview of the real estate industry, including sales and property management. Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements for employment as an Agents Representative in Victoria. Agents’ representatives are authorised to perform the functions of an estate agent under the supervision of a licensed estate agent.

Within the remaining 21 units, you'll learn the practical skills to enable you to become a successful sales person and property manager. Subject areas include property appraisals; listing and marketing, building client relationships; negotiations; conflict resolution; risk management, all aspects of property management and VCAT; and financial management. Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements to apply for a real estate licence in Victoria.

Night class: Monday 6pm - 9.30pm Complete your studies over approximately 9 months. Starts 5 Feb 2018. Enrolments close at the 9am enrolment session on 30 Jan 2018.
Day class: Wednesday 9.30am - 5pm Complete your studies over approximately 5 months. Starts 21 Feb 2018. Enrolments close at the 9am enrolment session on 13 Feb 2018.

Cranbourne: 9.30am - 5pm. One week course commencing 12 - 16 Feb. Enrolments close at the 9am enrolment session on 6 Feb 2018.

Melbourne City: Register your interest. Wednesday and Thursday 5.30pm - 8.30pm for 4 weeks.
