Glenn Davies

Higher Education College

Glenn has been vital in the development and launch of the Working with Men stream of the Graduate Certificate in Family Violence. Glenn is the perfect example of the Chisholm values of collaboration, accountability, integrity and respect.

A 98% approval rate across student surveys shows he is one of the students’ favourite teachers. Many of these students say Glenn’s engagement and patience are an important part of their learning journey.

Most of Glenn’s students are now working as men’s behaviour change facilitators.

Glenn networks with agencies across the family violence sector. He met with the Parliamentary Secretary for Men’s Behaviour Change, where he asked for funds and change in the industry.

She visits each trainee at their workplace every month and monitors their progress. While this requires a lot of travel, Belinda is happy to go the distance to support trainees.
